Sightline Growth LLC (“Sightline,” “we,” “us”) provides AI Search Optimization and Google Ads services for businesses. This policy explains what we collect through sightlinegrowth.co and our services, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Inquiries and demos: your name, email, company, website, phone, and any message when you contact us or book a demo.
• Free Visibility Check: a business name, a website URL, an optional Google Business Profile link, and your email if you choose to unlock the full report.
• Client and account information: if you become a client or use our portal, the information needed to set up and manage your account.

Information collected automatically

• Usage and device data (pages viewed, browser type, approximate location from IP address) through analytics.
• Cookies and similar technologies (see “Cookies and analytics” below).

Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store full payment-card numbers; Stripe handles that under its own security and privacy terms.

How we use information

• Provide and operate our services, including running the Free Visibility Check and emailing you the report you requested.
• Respond to your inquiries and schedule demos.
• Set up billing and manage client accounts.
• Improve our site, services, and visibility methodology.
• Send service messages and, where permitted, marketing emails you can opt out of at any time.
• Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

The Free Visibility Check

When you run the Free Visibility Check, you provide a business name and website URL. We retrieve publicly available information from that website and run automated analysis (including AI models) to estimate how visible the business is in AI assistants. If you choose to unlock the full report, we collect your email to deliver it and to follow up about our services. Only submit a website that you own or are authorized to submit.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contracts that limit their use of it:

• Supabase — database and authentication hosting
• Anthropic (Claude) — the AI that powers our audits, the Visibility Check, and content tools
• Stripe — payment processing
• Resend — email delivery
• Vercel — website hosting
• Google — Google Ads and Google Analytics

We may also disclose information to comply with the law, enforce our agreements, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site and understand usage, including Google Analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some features.

Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which we delete or de-identify it.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these, email support@sightlinegrowth.co. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any such email. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s privacy

Our site and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party sites we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

U.S.-based service

We operate in the United States, and information we collect is processed there. If you access our services from outside the U.S., you consent to that processing.
