Recommendations that build on themselves

Each audit turns its gaps into a prioritized action plan mapped to service categories, with completion tracked so the next month's plan knows what already shipped.

Client reporting

Monthly snapshots freeze each period's numbers into a branded PDF and a client portal login, so the report is a byproduct of the work instead of a night's writing.
