Healthcare (mobile IV therapy), Tulsa, OK
A Tulsa mobile IV business, rebuilt to be found: the first month of numbers
The challenge
- A template site that gave Google and AI assistants almost nothing to work with: 12 pages, four of them legal boilerplate, one stock photo, three services described in paragraphs with no prices, no structured data, and no page for any of the towns the business drives to.
- The owner's own account of where she started: for the searches that mattered to her (infusions near me around Tulsa and Owasso), the business sat on page four or five of Google. No rank tracking from before the rebuild exists on our side, so that starting point is her report rather than our measurement.
- On AI assistants it was absent. Sightline's free Visibility Check on July 20, 2026 ran six Tulsa buyer prompts on Claude and the business was named in none of them; with no schema on the site to read, the check scored it 23 out of 100.
What we did
Rebuild the site around what buyers type
The template was replaced on August 8, 2026 by a site built for this business: a page for each of 14 drips with what is in the bag and a flat price, a page for each of the seven towns served, 23 articles answering the questions people actually search, real photography, and book, text and call buttons on the first screen. About 70 pages where there had been 12. The build was done by ConversionCo, a Tulsa web studio run by a member of our team, with the AEO layer underneath it handled by Sightline.
Make it legible to AI assistants
Structured data on every page: MedicalBusiness with service area, phone and price range on the home and town pages, FAQPage on the FAQ and town pages, BreadcrumbList and WebSite. An llms.txt file that lists every drip at its current price, every town page and every article, so an assistant that reads it gets the menu of record instead of a stale directory listing. A robots.txt that explicitly welcomes the OpenAI, Anthropic and Perplexity crawlers and points them at that file.
Measure on a real buyer panel
Anywhere Infusions was onboarded into Scope on August 26, 2026 with a 25-prompt Tulsa buyer panel: unbranded prompts (best mobile IV in Tulsa, IV hydration near me, what mobile IV costs), branded and validation prompts, and comparisons against three tracked local competitors, each run on Claude and Perplexity. The same panel was re-run on September 1.
Start paid search small
A small local Google Ads campaign went live on September 1 to its own landing page. Two weeks in a new account is a learning period, not a result, so no ad figures appear here.
The outcome
Google first, because that is where the owner felt it. In her words, the business now shows on the first page for several of its main searches, and bookings are up 20 to 30% since the work began. Google Search Console recorded 41 impressions in its first 28-day reading (pulled August 23) and 1,014 in the reading pulled September 6 (covering August 7 to September 4), with clicks rising from 15 to 41 and 25 non-branded searches recording a best position of first, led by infusion therapy near me, a search the site was shown on 23 times. Those two windows overlap, so read the impression figures as a new site being indexed and shown, not as a clean before-and-after. On the busiest local searches, IV therapy Tulsa and mobile IV near me, the site now appears but is not first yet.
AI assistants next. Our free Visibility Check scored the old site 23 out of 100 on July 20. The full audits after the rebuild scored 70 on August 26 and 70 again on September 2, each on a partial panel: 33 and 34 of the 50 checks returned an answer. Those are two different instruments and we would rather say so than let the arrow imply otherwise. The July check scored six unbranded prompts on Claude alongside the site's own signals, and because the business was named in none of those six, its 23 was carried entirely by those signals. A Scope audit scores fifty checks across Claude and Perplexity, including questions that name the business, and nothing else. So read 23 to 70 as our score for this business before the work and after it, rather than as one measurement taken twice. What did change on the site between the two readings is checkable on the live pages today: in July it carried no structured data for an assistant to read, and every page of the rebuilt site carries it.
Inside the audits themselves, the business was named on 48% then 53% of answered checks, the facts about it were right in every answer that was judged, share of voice ran 80% then 75% against the three tracked competitors, and the count of third-party sources cited alongside it rose from 24 to 31. Because both runs are partial, the month-to-month movement in those figures is directional, and our own monthly report declines to call it a trend.
What has not moved yet, reported just as plainly. Where a buyer asks about Anywhere Infusions by name, or asks an assistant to compare it with a competitor, both engines find it and get the facts right. On the prompts that never name it (best mobile IV in Tulsa, IV hydration near me, what mobile IV costs), it was named in 0 of 30 checks on August 26 and 3 of 30 on September 2, all three on Perplexity and twice in first position; Claude has not named it on an unbranded prompt yet. The owner's report that people now find her through ChatGPT is her observation, not our measurement: Scope does not test ChatGPT, so we do not claim it. The Google Business Profile has not been connected to the audit yet, so that category reads 11 out of 100 and sits first on the roadmap.
How we measured: the pre-engagement reading is Sightline's free Visibility Check (six buyer prompts on Claude plus site signals), July 20, 2026. AI figures are Scope audits on a 25-prompt Tulsa buyer panel across Claude and Perplexity, August 26 and September 1 to 2, 2026 (50 checks each, 33 and 34 answered). Google figures are from the client's Google Search Console, readings pulled August 23 and September 6; the bookings increase and the page-four-to-page-one move are the owner's report, not our measurement. The rebuilt site launched August 8, 2026. Anywhere Infusions was a no-fee engagement. No results are guaranteed; we commit to the work and to reporting numbers exactly as measured.
Overall, I’ve been really happy with the results. It’s helped more people find my business and has brought in more consistent bookings.
In the client’s words
Before I started working with Sightline Growth, my business was showing up around pages 4–5 on Google for a lot of the searches that mattered to me, especially things like “infusions near me” around the Tulsa and Owasso area.
They helped me optimize my website and overall online presence, and now I’m showing up on the first page of Google for several of my main searches. Since working with them, I’ve seen around a 20–30% increase in bookings, which has made a noticeable difference for my business.
They also helped make my business more searchable through AI platforms like ChatGPT. Before, I really wasn’t showing up there at all, and now people are actually able to find my business when they’re searching for infusion services nearby.

Her site carries a before-and-after page with the old and new sites side by side and the same Search Console readings. It was built by the studio named above, so read it as her record of the project rather than an independent check, and it cites traffic, site-health and Google Ads figures from other tools that are deliberately not on this page: Anywhere Infusions, before and after (opens in a new tab)
